Step 2: Start with mimibot 🤖
The easiest way in — just ask a question
mimibot is your AI data assistant. Ask it anything about healthcare data in plain English and it will find the right datasets, write the query, and return the results — no coding needed.
"Show me Medicare spending by state for 2023" "What are the most common diagnoses in the CMS claims data?" "Find me provider counts by specialty in California"

Start with the web app — it's the simplest experience and has full conversation history.
Step 3: Join the Slack Community 💬
When you sign up, you'll get an invitation to our Slack workspace. This is where our community of healthcare data professionals hangs out — ask questions, share findings, and get help from real people.
Two ways to use mimibot in Slack:

Both work the same way — mimibot will query the data and respond with results, charts, and reports right in Slack.
Your history stays in sync.
Everything you do with mimibot in Slack is automatically synced to the web app:
- Conversations → appear in History so you can trace and revisit past queries
- Reports and charts → appear in Reports so you can share or download them later
Step 4: Explore the Data 📊
When you're ready to go deeper, the Databricks workspace gives you direct access to our full data catalog. Query with SQL, Python, or R. Build notebooks. Export results.
Sign in with your email, Google, or Microsoft account — it's separate from the web app login.
How Sign-In Works
Each platform uses a different login — this is normal:
- Web app → sign in with your Slack account
- Databricks → sign in with email, Google, or Microsoft
- Slack → invited when you sign up
For Organizations: Enterprise Access 🏢
If your organization needs mimilabs data reliably synced into your own data environment, we offer Enterprise plans with:
- Delta Sharing — zero-copy access for Databricks users
- Snowflake Integration — query mimilabs data alongside your existing Snowflake datasets
